Barnes & Noble considers requests for local support from organizations in the communities it serves. Its giving focus is on literacy, the arts or education (K - 12). Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations serving the community where its stores are located. Proposals should be submitted to the community relations manager or store manager at the local store. A plan for promoting the program with Barnes & Noble should be included in the proposal, and the organization must be willing to work with the local store(s) on in-store programming.
