Nueva Vida, a not-for-profit support organization for Latinas with cancer in the Washington Metropolitan area is searching for a full time coordinator for its Outreach and Access Program. The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work, psychology, public health and/or other relevant field, and at least 3 years of combined work experience in case management and program development, implementation and evaluation; and a demonstrated commitment to womens health. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, and bicultural (closely familiar with both American and Latino/Hispanic cultures).

The Program Coordinator will report to the Executive Director. She/he will be responsible for implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Access Program activities, including case management and community outreach and all related research activities. Other tasks include, but are not limited to participating in health fairs and other outreach activities, establishing and nurturing partnership relations with health institutions and other non-profit organizations.
