Concerned Black Men - National Organization (CBM) is one of the country s leading youth service organizations. Through the work of a nationwide network of African American volunteers located in 32 cities, and an experienced and credentialed staff in the Nation s Capital, CBM works to help young people overcome life s most difficult challenges. Our best practics programs are conducted in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
We seek committed candidates for several middle and senior level positions with experience in youth prevention programs. If you can demonstrate prior achievement of goals and objectives in previous positions, success in leading mentoring, tutoring, teen pregnancy and other youth programs, we might be interested in talking with you. If you have prior work experience with boys of color, please contact us. We also need people with writing and communications backgrounds in the youth development field. But please note: A strong work ethic, honesty, loyalty, and the ability to work independently are essential requirements. Be prepared for a lengthy interview process.
