MULTI-MEDIA SERVICE TECHNICIAN Ellicott City/Glenn Dale, MD

The Multimedia Services Technician is responsible for the installation and maintenance of various kinds of communication wiring and equipment systems and inside wiring. Responsibilities include, Applying knowledge of video technologies, wiring from terminal /TAP/ONU/ up to and including the “set top box” and other termination points/outlets within the customer’s resident and or place of business. Planning and installing inside wiring. Provide trouble free service. Placing, removing or repairing wiring between buildings. Interpreting work orders

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Must have a valid state driver’s license • Qualified candidate must pass pre-employment testing; medical screen and a background check These are full-time, regular positions with a generous benefits package. The wage range for this position is $12.63/hr to $21.68/hr. (Wage credit may be given based on recent work experience, education, and training.)
