We have just released the final report on the system survey and discussion groups we conducted with adult literacy programs in 2006 through January of this year. This paper summarizes our findings, analysis, and recommendations regarding that feedback. We hope this will be useful to policymakers going forward and to the members of D.C. LEARNs.
